You can ferment so many things beyond cabbage. One of my best surprise was how incredibly delicious fermented seeds are for instance. And you can prepare meals with fermented ingredients, too. The benefits remain.


I've been working on this book for some time, and I'm excited to tell you that it's in the printer, soon you can order real paper copies.
